Feel Good Karate

Feel good karate is a karate based activity session/workshop designed to make participants feel good and de-stress.Most of all its about trying something new and having some fun doing it.

Aimed at groups of all ages within schools,colleges,organisations or businesses throughout Suffolk,Essex,Norfolk and Cambridegshire it provides the wider benefits of karate instruction related to sport as well as valuable Self defence basics.

Karate helps increase confidence,motivation and motor skills.

Each karate session is tailored to the group and my firm belief is to try and promote inclusion.The basic content of each session is based on Warming-up,Stretching,Pair Work,Group activities,basic Self Defence and Punch/Kick pad work( which most people state "makes them feel really good").The level of activity is designed to suit the group and its members as individuals.
